It's a bit different for field agents.
Their days are much less routine, depending heavily on the cases they are working at the time.
They might be out all night looking for a suspect, or in the office all day going through phone records or surveillance footage.

But even if they are busy with investigations (which they usually are) they are still expected to fit their regular training in.
Safety and competency are not considered optional.
An agent who tries to shirk for too long will be pulled from the field indefinitely.
Daily life for a support agent is usually very routine, tending to the duties of their usual job.
For example, if they supervise the firing range, then they mostly spend their days observing target practice, maintaining weapons, cleaning the area. That sort of thing.

They also have occasional, rotating responsibilities for teaching new recruits.
The support staff perform even more of the routine duties. They are responsible for all record-keeping, most training, supervising the field agents in their required practice, keeping watch on the headquarters, etc. 🧵

Daily life at the Organization requires a lot of mundane tasks, differing based on the agent's role.
Field agents are required to put in a certain amount of time at the firing range and in the sparring gym. If their performance in either area slips, that can lead to remedial training🧵
