edit: using my own cDNA as input*.... It seems their kit can only use RNA as input bc it ligates adapters onto RNA directly.

Since you're doing all these awesome workarounds, any chance you have something in the works for cDNA ONT lib prep? Looking at the protocol and holy cow all the 3rd party reagents needed....
