As I’ve slowly come to discover, a good 70-80% of any info on the production of the English version of Speed Racer all seems to point back to this book in some form or another.

I'm always glad when anime has a circle or a planet or a wheel when I'm remuxing OPs, since it allows me to figure out if the source had an odd aspect ratio configured (when it won't natively scale 4:3) or if it was cropped oddly. ...or sometimes both.
