The Metropolitan Police have arrested 493 people in Trafalgar Square for holding signs reading "I oppose genocide. I support Palestine Action" and say the figure could rise as processing continues
That brings the number of arrests linked to the Palestine Action ban to around 2,000 in London alone
We’re heartbroken to learn that Dr Jane Goodall has passed away, aged 91.
Dr Goodall was one of the true conservation giants of our time. Let’s honour her legacy by choosing to make a difference in the world - by protecting it.

So sad - Jane Goodall fought for nature when it wasn't fashionable to do so and continued fighting when she knew she'd never see the better world she wanted. A true heroine.

In the last year I read my first book by R F Kuang, which was quickly followed by another, and another, and another. Kuang is an extraordinary writer and storyteller. Whilst Katabasis is my favourite, every one of her books is brilliant.
