Just had a conversation with some colleagues at the store who have never been to the Delacorte, never seen Shakespeare in the Park, and I was hit with a physical longing for summers in the park. Pain and strife aside, what a gift it is to have spent so much of my life so close to that place.

Though their site seems to be a bit glitchy at present, it looks like one of my favorite things I've written is finally out: "A Hell of a Tale" ran this past weekend with Macabre Magazine. You could call it a story about the horrors of serialized fiction.
