Golly I remember when Trump said he was going to throw Mark Zuckerberg in prison. I wonder what changed?
I love seeing Chris Anderson criticize Katie. Chris was so ethics-free that he put HIS OWN DRONE COMPANY, WHICH HE OWNED WHILE EDITING WIRED, at the heart of a cover package. I was covering drones as death-instruments for Wired at the time & wasn’t even told about the cover. Wont happen under Katie!

I have literally watched something like 5 hours of this DOGE bro testimony. I'm completely obsessed, it's weirdly captivating. The circular arguments, the disdain from everyone involved, a true pleasure to watch Follow 404 Media on Instagram (www.instagram.com/404mediaco/) for more like this

Homemade intelligence dashboards on Iran are spreading. But an abundance of information does not come with the accuracy or context required for real understanding. Intelligence agencies do this in-house; good journalism does the same work for the rest of us www.technologyreview.com/2026/03/09/1...
The night sky is ours. All of ours. Our children’s. Their children’s. We should be doing more to preserve the view of the stars for all. We give this up for some ludicrous to churn out wasteful nonsense to feed rich maniacs’ grift, it’s not coming back…
A DOGE software engineer is alleged to have taken records on more than 500 million living and dead Americans, including Social Security numbers, places and dates of birth, citizenship, race and ethnicity, and parents’ names. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202... by @merylkornfield.bsky.social et al
In fairness, I have also squeezed some ski content into @technologyreview.com (But now there'll be no holding back my powder pitches, @mathonan.com.) www.technologyreview.com/2025/05/14/1...

The New York Times is right. I don’t care! (And huge credit to the @wired.com team, whose intrepid, fearless, always fair reporting gives the tech bros plenty to be mad about.)
