My page is, and always will be, a safe space for my LGBTQ friends, my trans brothers and sisters, my non-binary friends, and straight allies.
The deepest breath I took as a teacher….seeing your classroom all packed up and away for the summer.
If you’re in the LGBT community and think it’s ok to throw death threats at others in the community, you should be kicked out.
Death threaters will never be apart of the community.
This goes both ways. We are telling an intentional story and have reasons for every creative choice. Some characters won’t be confirmed to allow them to remain whatever people imagine, some will. But I respect how much characters matter and what they mean to real people. Feeling strongly is valid.
There is someone who stops scrolling to look at your art.
There is someone who shares your art with other people.
There is someone who keeps a memory of your art.
There is someone who cares.
