Iran's team arrived in Mexico wearing "168" pins. 168 is the number of Iranian schoolgirls the United States killed on February 28, 2026. Apparently, they are playing *on* the field, but not off.
Your daily reminder this should be the biggest scandal in American politics right now but nobody seems to care. Ken Paxton freed a man who raped a boy for 3 years. He also doesnt have to register as a sex offender. www.texastribune.org/2026/05/19/k...
This is true, but also two key points: * it's nobody's fucking business what's in some kid's pants * they made up this entire bullshit fake panic to demonize innocent people, and the people responsible for the panic are actual child sexual predators Free healthcare for all, all the goddamn time.
BREAKING: In a stunning moment, Republicans just BLOCKED Sen. Richard Blumenthal's attempt to get Veterans their retirement pay WITHOUT cutting disability benefits. Republicans will write blank checks to the military, then penny pinch when it's time to support our vets.

Funny how managers told us that friction was so important that they killed remote work and are now telling us that they're sick of the friction and need to fire everyone to let silky-smooth AI make those PowerPoints that nobody wants to view.

I’m not used to seeing politicians act like this, like real people with honest motives.
Gender-affirming care for minors is not a bad thing. It’s been so needlessly demonized and the position has been so thoroughly capitulated to that I think people forget it’s actually a good thing. A Grammy award winning artist had gender affirming surgery at 16. It’s a great thing!
