A reminder that many schemes for utopian independent #zones are essentially white supremacist plans for re-colonization or double colonization. This one is just more overt in its violence and stupidity. Most hide behind ideas like "prosperity", "entrepreneurialism" and "sustainability."
In which another privileged white person wonders about whether we should grant rights to inanimate capitalist technologies when we haven't even managed to get #humanrights to everyone equally, let alone properly consider the rights of other living beings... #animalrights #ecosystemrights
