I'm currently working with the Mayor of Bremerton to donate the photo of the ship to the city to display it in City Hall. Also working with the former Commanding Officer of the submarine to provide a photo of the sub to display alongside it. 👍😎

I paddled my kayak up alongside the USCGC Mackinaw at the Coast Guard festival in Grand Haven, Michigan, it was a hoot.
A long time ago, around 1980. It has been decommissioned and is now a museum.
