Me and my wife at Huntington Beach, California. Nearly 50 years ago, Dec 16, 1976.
The day after I enlisted into the US Navy. 19 years old. It was 80f that day. 🥹
We had just gotten married a couple months before this photo was taken. It was the beginning of living our lives on our own terms.
We had twin boys almost exactly 1 year after this day. They turn 50 next year 😳. One is a grandfather.
