idk what age it is here but i know they have more say in the matter at 11 than 1 lol. i’m 100% positive my ex didn’t consider anything that the kid wants tho. court sent her to rehab in august after she got arrested so she’s pretending that she chose to get sober and get back in the kids life
my attorney withdrew from the case several years ago cuz dumbass stopped coming to court and her time got suspended. in 2016. feels like starting all over. but i plan on including that and supervised visits with court appointed supervisor. and i want child support now
only thing about that old lawyer is her old partner is now a judge which sounds helpful in this corrupt county and state. but i’m thinking this so old and the plan was for a 1 year old who is about to turn 11 that a new attorney should be fine
glad we’re getting back to this now. ten years later. not when it was important and necessary.

oh cool we’re gunna spend the summer in court and paying lawyers to amend a parenting plan from ten years ago because a junky decided they’re sober and ready to parent now
i didn’t care about child support then and didn’t push it. was just looking at new attorneys cuz i was on the fence about going back to her. figure this wouldn’t be happening now if she did a better job 10 years ago. instead of being like “cool she didn’t show up to court. suspend it. call me later”
