I do think followers like to see them sometimes even if they aren't ever finished.
But, uh... I think of the WIPs I've shared publicly myself, I've only ever finished one of them. So I usually share my WIPs with friends in private discord servers instead haha
The last collectors edition I remember being impressed at all by was the Switch port of Fire Emblem 1.
