Installed in May 2019, last week we celebrated the 6th birthday of our incredible Orbitrap Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer. This makes it our oldest instrument in terms of those used for global proteomics studies.

In addition to research, we at MPC are also intensively involved in teaching.
Since the MPC is part of the Medical Faculty of @ruhr-uni-bochum.de, we primarily teach medical students.
