It was so stupidly busy at the gym earlier today that Phil and Holly were escorted to the front of the queues for the benches 😭

A quieter day than last year - no big names (no Star Trek/ Star Wars to draw the crowd in), plus Download festival is on at same time … but still sold OK , lots of compliments and people loved the Gladiators T Shirt 😂🙌🏼
