Balcony Suite upgrade the next day - softened the blow - and last night was on them.

Has anyone even gotten to a hotel and been told they overbooked? This is definitely a first and it makes tomorrow difficult because we have to check out and have our bags? Not a fun way to start a vacation 🙁
