Lawmakers ended the fiscal session this week as expected, and will return to the Capitol Monday for a special session focused on tax cuts. The governor issued a proclamation Thursday that set the special session’s agenda, which includes cutting individual income and corporate tax rates. #arpx
Republican Bill Teeter will run opposed for the House District 44 seat in November. Teeter also advance to a June 30 runoff with Nikki Phillips to serve the remainder of the late Rep. Stan Berry's term, which ends in January. Phillips said she plans to bow out of the runoff. #arpx #arleg
