You notice this in writing, too. Iโve found the duology-comparison thing โ โitโs not this, itโs that,โ โit wasnโt such and such, it was this and thisโ โall over the place in scripts and essays and the metaphors only barely make sense. Itโs not foolproof but it *reads* as deeply inhuman construction.
X (it hasnโt been Twitter for 3 years) is just Truth Social for journalists and politicians at this point. And it is always worth asking why someone who claims to have civilized values maintains an account there.

The way that rural Trumpers from my hometown have gone full anti-data center makes me think that, even if it's a Glonzo issue, Democrats in rural districts should go all-in on being against them.
I donโt know if Iโm saying this right, but I have seen a lot of responses to Americans watching Europeans appreciate our food twist an appropriate (if rote) criticism of exceptionalism into a weird claim that nothing here is unique, interesting, or good, especially the food.
