I usually don't talk too much about myself but I felt I needed to get that out there because it is quite upsetting to feel this way again after experiencing what it's like to not feel it constantly. Do not worry though I have methods of managing this stuff (drawing silly stuff) so I'll be fine
Man I felt no anxiety that entire trip but now that I'm home it's all come back. There isn't even a reason for it right now! I just have this feeling of dread with no source. It was nice to have a break from all of this I suppose but of course nothing good can last forever

Since it's related I'll give a little oc trivia! I don't draw her like this much but Merenna suffers from intense anxiety just like me, she is very much a self insert in that sense. That's why I always draw her happy all the time, depicting her over coming all that makes me feel like I can too!!

Gave Claire a swimsuit design as a way to calm myself down (which worked btw!). She has a habit of getting ones that are a size too small, she knows exactly what she's doing, hehe. Also I think she'd have lots of swimsuits so this is first of many!
