This is absolutely pathetic. The Texas Tech president claims that this is about the university allowing Sorsby to pursue a career. Sorsby does NOT have to play at TT to pursue a career.

Texas Tech school leaders release a 20-minute video on Sorsby. Repeat the same points about supporting their players. They say Sorsby has new software on his phone to monitor him and prevent him visiting certain sites. No explanation as to why he has to play in games. texastech.com/watch/?Archi...
