I love him so much and he’d been my constant for 20 years.
I’ve cut way back on Instagram use (but developed an over-reliance on Bluesky so 🤷♂️) and have already noticed how much it’s subtly influenced my feel for “the zeitgeist.”
If I still used IG, I’d think that the series “Beef” was *all* anybody’s talking about and assume it was wildly popular.

An update on my ongoing transition into becoming a paper notebook guy
Apple TV executives confided that they tried to cancel the series, but they suddenly found themselves blinded and with dark spots on their palms.
They had little choice but to stay for a second season.
(I’m assuming “hard push for AI agents,” since I haven’t watched the keynote. And for the first time I can remember, *no one* in my social media circle was making any comment on the start of WWDC).
It definitely wasn’t intentional that I’d finally abandon my dream of the iPad mini being the perfect Everything Notebook, right as Apple made a hard push for AI agents.
But it does seem like very good timing on my part.
