I'm well aware that it's meant as a lighthearted joke to keep people watching, but in this moment? Right now? Gross. We have such a horrendous problem with trying to fix every momentary sadness, discomfort, or pain, and to have a potato chip commercial weigh in? 🤢
That Lays Bandwagon ad is sinister as fuck. The premise is "when your team loses, just pick a new one that's winning!" Girl. Loyalty is good actually. Being sad is good. Sharing sadness with your community is good. Trying to convince us otherwise while selling potato chips as Soma is gross.
