Never played Mordheim, but 99% of the minis I see for it seem to be malnourished boys in pantaloons armed only with a knife and questionable moustache.
This guy is going to absolutely ruin them.

I have been painting the same models and keep tinkering and changing my mind
If I pulled off a job like this I'd be very pleased.
I have bought some bring pink army painter fanatic paint and am hoping to be more brave in future.
