I absolutely hate putting things in my eyes ears or nose. And I’ve avoided taking any type of nasal spray or allergy eyedrop my entire life. But I’m trying to be an adult now and I got this new nasal spray and it feels like I’m being assaulted every time I use it it is so fucking nasty.

I’ve been visiting my therapist weekly since last year October. We had our first virtual session this week and I was so excited I showed him all around my room and upstairs and this coming week I’ll show him my downstairs and let him meet my dog 😭
