Been trying to cook lower sodium dishes for my husband due to his recent lab work and it's miserable.

To me, even doing this outline split stitch that will eventually be covered by satin stitching looks like utter dogshit.

I have extremely bad Imposter Syndrome when I hand embroider.
All of this has been extremely stressful & draining on our wallet. At this point, r/ToxicMoldExposure is probably right that the whole mold remediation business is probably a money grab.
It is hard to know if it mold that was the cause of what's happening to my husband & I have my doubts.
