Capcom realized that Ibuki is a Street Fighter 3 character so they had to add a wannabe copy to avoid adding her.
All the brainded fucks saying "What? Did you want the whole season to be legacy characters?" Are fucking idiots because:
1-we like new characters, but SF6 lacks so many returnees from anything outside of SF2
2-they dont have their own world tour or anything anymore so why bothrr with new faces?
