Went looking for a view of Edinburgh last night to see if we could capture the cloud that was beating down rain upon the city and we drove further & further away to eventually get this view of the monster at sunset

Our 'hood from top of St Michael's Kirk on Slateford Rd looking over Polwarth to Bruntsfield & beyond to Arthur's Seat.
Spot old Boroughmuir HS's white towers at either end & spires of Barclay Viewforth Kirk on the Links & Bruntsfield Evangelical Church further up the hill but much lower in height.
