Attacks on racial and religious minorities in Britain are rising, and becoming more violent
Recent months have seen murder, attempted murder, rape, sexual assault and physical attacks of all kinds, all driven by hatred
And these crimes are not happening in a vacuum

You might think that overt racism, assaulting members of the public, attacking the police, mobbing and rioting, and arson are somewhat extreme behaviours, the type of thing that would fall within the purview of Official Experts on Extremism.
Is this type of quite radical, very right wing, highly ideological crankery really popular with the public? I would say no, it isn’t. How come the relevant government bodies are absolutely stacked with wingnuts, then? Well, it would appear there has been significant shenanigans.
I note that none of our Official Extremism Experts appear all that perturbed by three years of far right riots and mobs of masked men attacking and burning homes and hotels
Here’s what this government extremism tsar considers to be extreme, by the way. Ask yourself: how exactly did almost every post for ensuring equality or tackling extremism come to be filled with absolutely roaring wingnut cranks? Did that happen by accident, are they still there due to an oversight.
The Labour party was taken over by a Racist Right faction, led by a PM who openly paraphrases Enoch Powell
Who who "fully supports" war crimes and genocide
While "listening to the concerns" of violent far right racists
While punishing senior police who try to protect our citizens against them
Working as intended
This is horrific, and I'm disgusted that it has been fomented and stoked by Keir Starmer's government.
The UK desperately needs better leadership, and proper journalism.
