lol Providence requires bars have one parking spot per 500 square feet of a building. If the bar is over 10,000 square feet it also requires four bicycle spaces.

The stats on problematic drinking in MA are crazy. I looked them up when I was writing a comment in favor of 16 Williams. It seems to be deeply normalized here: drink too much & drive home. Would people be as nonchalant if the EO was brandishing a weapon? Because that’s what a drunk’s car is!
