The thing about stuff like D-Day online is that it seems like there are more bad history opinions than usual, but in fact the bad history takes are just concentrated on one subject.
It's comforting to see so many people spew garbage about the same thing. Unity!
The thing I like most about it is that, due to its primary source basis, instead of falling into retroactive defense or criticism of the bombing campaign it instead showcases what theories were backing the decisions that weee made. Sometimes those theories would prove to be flawed.
