This is one of my favourite Korean dishes to cook and to eat.
Thin strips of beef, marinated, then stir fried with onions, carrots and spring onions. Served with boiled rice, picked daikon & carrot and Korean style picked onions. It’s eaten wrapped in crispy lettuce leaves. #foodsky
