Excited for my first #ABCT2025 in NOLA. Come see my poster related to diet culture and disordered eating at the Sig expo and welcome cocktail party!
As a queer Tech alumni, I have NO words. Not only did our Hispanic serving status get removed, but now this. This is censorship and the start of removing academic freedom.

New Study Alert! I am officially recruiting for a PAID study on misgendering, eating behavior, and well-being! Please share widely! #research #recruitment
I had the privilege of presenting 2 posters this year. The first was a @abct-edeb-sig.bsky.social SIG poster exploring people’s experiences using coaching services for eating disorder recovery. This was my first conference presentation on my Masters thesis project!
The second poster was a study exploring disordered eating anonymous group attendance prior to eating disorder treatment and how attending these groups prior to treatment may relate to clinical presentations at intake to eating disorder treatment.
