š AFRAM turns 50 this weekend in Druid Hill Park.
The 50th AFRAM Festival is back Friday through Sunday, with road closures and parking restrictions across the park to make space for the celebration.
If you're heading into the city from the south on Russell, plan a detour. Download Waze for live navigation around the closure.
š Skip the parking hunt: free shuttles run from Mondawmin Mall all three days, 11 AM to 10:30 PM, courtesy of MDOT MTA. The Circulator Purple Route is also extended into the park.

- Friday, June 19, 3 PM to 9 PM
- Saturday, June 20, 12 PM to 9 PM
- Sunday, June 21, 12 PM to 9 PM

- Grove Road between Red and Shop Roads (starting Wed at 8 AM)
- Wyman Park Drive at Sisson Street (starting Thu at 3 PM)
- Swann Drive at Druid Park Lake Drive (starting Thu at 3 PM)
- Beechwood Drive at Gwynns Falls Parkway
