Kansas City, we’re keeping this heart forever, right?
Welcome, England, to Kansas City! 🏴
An old friend is showing out for Kansas City’s first World Cup match ever. Still a work in progress, but check the illumination in the skies tonight.
Yesterday we rode. Today we fix. Proud of Kansas City’s outstanding Public Works and Parks teams ensuring commuting opportunity exists in all forms for all Kansas Citians.
Check out the beautiful Brush Creek and Blue River trails for commutes any time.
Since 2008, the old Federal Reserve Bank building has sat empty, left open to the elements, vandals, fires, neglect, and decay. No more. We’re taking action to ensure accountability from property owners and new life in this tower in the heart of our downtown.

Remember that even for those not under a tornado warning, don’t go heading out and getting caught in flash flooding. While our emergency crews are out, it’s best to stay out of harms way, particularly at night.
We can watch this all together inside.
Football’s come home to Kansas City: the beautiful Swope Park and Prairie Village to be precise.
The Three Lions 🏴 were gracious with their time and talent at a practice at Swope Park yesterday. We were proud to welcome the English to the Soccer Capital of America.
Kansas City, you’ve been amazing hosts for the first days of FIFA World Cup. More history ahead.
Looking forward to the week to come in Kansas City! 🇦🇷🇩🇿
