🔬This month, our post-doc fellow Dr. Sutapa Som Chaudhury presented on “Neuronal innate immune pathways that drive cell death and inflammation in ALS” at Target ALS, showcasing the ability of TYK2 and JAK family inhibitors to rescue the cytoplasmic dsRNA and Gasdermine E associated neuronal death.
