"The AI engineering impact data shows that output is up. It also shows that the work required to ensure that output is safe, correct, and maintainable has not decreased. It has increased substantially." Aye, if only any of us had been saying this from day one 🤡 www.faros.ai/blog/ai-acce...
Guy Who Sucks At Being A Person Sees Huge Potential In AI
this is, of course, much more egregious data and resource theft than that which the feds were prepared to put Aaron Swartz in prison for, but it's being done by VC funded AI industry vampires, so it'll never get treated as such.
All uses of AI are costing someone… this sucks as the Game UI database is such a valuable resource.

It's not the energy bills, water usage, noise pollution, toxic emissions, data privacy issues, backroom deals, or the middle class paying for tax incentives for billionaires. Chinese bribery of millions of Americans is the only logical explanation for why anyone would not want a datacenter nearby.
I, for one, would be happy to live in a society with MORE people trying to be like Dietrich Bonhoeffer.

Gateway to what higher-margin products, eh OpenAI? Tell me about these higher-margin products. I have a notebook here, I'm ready to write down the list of higher-margin products. What are they?

Rep. Brandon Gill: "We particularly need the left to tone down the rhetoric ... somebody is gonna listen and believe they are the next Dietrich Bonhoeffer and act on that and that's what we're seeing here."

You don't have to answer the door for the Feds. Do not voluntarily talk to the Feds. If they have a warrant signed by an actual judge, then they can do precisely what the warrant says. But DO NOT TALK TO THE FEDS. Do not answer the door. If you're arrested, your only words are "I want a lawyer."
