offset transforms are Godot 4.7's sexiest new UI feature!!!
you can have your UI in a layout and animate it 'on top of' its layout transform. in the example vid, a bunch of tweens are applied on hover, but you can also animate using Animation player, do custom code, set things in the editor, etc
