I love to see Daile and colleagues get this important, life-saving work work into the literature. It’s been hard for them to find funding to do this work, which is a shame because a little funding could go a long way in saving lives.

There's a new paper out in the Bulletin of the @ametsoc.org that looks at lightning safety and research initiatives in Africa.
This paper was written by four of our councilmembers and numerous authors engaged in lightning safety/research in Africa.
