Real name policies don't fucking work (there is robust research on the subject, plus, have you seen the shit people will say on NextDoor or Facebook with their real names?) AND they endanger vulnerable people! And that's only one of the many problems with this stupid fucking essay.
I remain of the view that regulation of social media is better than a ban for young people.
But I also pretty much agree with all these proposals.
