What I'm hoping are seedlings of Marsh Dock Rumex palustris and Golden Dock Rumex maritimus. The characteristic elongated leaves of these species appear to be triggered by submergence, so these plants are behaving more like other Rumex species here.

Flat-sedge Blysmus compressus. Not seen this for a couple of years, so very pleased to reacquaint myself today in the Test Valley, Hampshire. Growing abundantly in shorter riverside turf. #wildflowerhour @bsbibotany.bsky.social
Little-Robin Geranium purpureum ssp. forsteri, growing with Shining Cranesbill Geranium lucidum, on the shingle at Sinah Common, Hayling Island, Hampshire. @bsbibotany.bsky.social

Some very pleasing grasses today while out surveying relaxed mowing sites around Havant, Hampshire. Annual Beard-grass Polypogon monspeliensis, Fern-grass Catapodium rigidum (probably ssp. majus), Meadow Barley Hordeum secalinum. @bsbibotany.bsky.social
Oodles of Nottingham Catchfly Silene nutans in the dunes at Sinah Common, Hayling Island, Hampshire today. @bsbibotany.bsky.social

Sheep's-bit Jasione montana, Rough Clover Trifolium scabrum, English Stonecrop Sedum anglicum, and Sea Bindweed Calystegia soldanella. Hayling Island, Hampshire. Just a few of the treasures found in the dunes today. @bsbibotany.bsky.social
