Initially, the OPA didn’t investigate the shooting. Force Review just judged it lawful, but another person filed a complaint after seeing the video.

The video of this guy shooting through his windshield is insane also. The guy was basically just firing his gun wildly into a dense neighborhood. It's a miracle he didn't kill anyone.
Even more insane that OPA said it was fine.
