This is a good point. The oligarchs, who if anything had it pretty easy under democracy, have thrown us to the fascist wolves. And they had another option. Let's remember that when reconstruction time arrives.
Elon Musk and the ultrawealthy far-right vanguard started all this.
Reflect on that.
The giga—now tera—rich have not been attacked or even taxed disproportionately. They've benefitted from liberal democracy more than anyone else.
They have chosen a path of destruction and domination anyway.
