Also this was YET ANOTHER CASE of Mari saying, yes, yes, I shall be a nice calm cool collected writer and speak at a normal pace not come across all HYPER AND NERVOUS AND ANGSTY AND SUPER FAST TALKING and...uh. Yeah. So that failed. I blame the World Cup.
I had not expected the fifteen minutes of SFWA writing chat to be that focused on sports, but I guess it's that sort of weekend. Even the usually non-sports folks are all KNICKS WORLD CUP KNICKS hey why doesn't the NBA end THEIR season with a cool name like Superbowl or Stanley Cup or World Cup?
Or as the more academic among you would call it, and I just belatedly remembered, a calligram....
