For Music Artist and Listeners:
The "industry plant" method was not very fruitful for labels via, marketing and blowing up who they think could fit the image of a demographic and make money.
Now its being sought out for artists that can build their own community.
got the chance to see @jaylaflame.bsky.social perform his song with @solardog.bsky.social βββ

@wolfdrake.space added to list of djs proving to folks that a hip hop set goes tf off at Uproar
For the music artists:
Be inspired by what you listen to and like. Focus on creating freely and then make plenty of moments around your creations. If you can make moments from your own music so will others around you. Feeling is important now more than everβΌοΈ
If a label comes to you looking thirsty too, you got your answer on demand and reach. You can choose to stay indie, learn more, find out new ways to keep gaining leverage in favor of you and your community
This is an amazing thing for artists that are indie and are with a community/communities and have support through them. The leverage that exist over a label is that when the listeners are shouting you out all over and supporting; you're now the gateway through which a label has to make a deal with.
Youre scrolling past this skeet without posting armpits or a song you listening to at the moment and im watching you π
