It'll be fun.

Oh my, it is! I needed some good news this week. Defeating fascism is always a reason for celebration (I’m going to start with the good biscuits with my mid-morning tea!)
You’ve both inspired me to finally get round to this too. Erm, how do I do it?
It sounds like lots of us have done the same, Karl. At the moment, I’m not regretting my decision. (And feeling more positive about my neighbours)
Very wise words, as ever, Edward. I haven’t had much contact with local councillors, but I believe they are committed, hard working & care about local community/issues. Feeling more positive about my Bexley neighbours this morning.
I’ve been sorting book data for work this week and it’s sad to see some great books are now out of print or hard to come by.
For this week’s #KidsBooksFriday, what brilliant forgotten gems should we be looking out for in libraries and second hand bookshops?

In my ward, I’m used to my Green or Labour vote basically being a ‘wasted’ one, tho I always vote. Today it actually feels quite good that my X may have had an impact in a close race. (Tomorrow I’ll worry about the larger impact of a more right-wing council)

We have laptop charging lockers & my top tip is make sure the cables/charging plugs aren’t removable! At least half of ours are missing.
Also true. But I’ve spoken to several local people who have voted Tory for the first time purely to keep out Reform. (Also it is a local election & local council generally do quite a good job.)

I was annoyed that I couldn't find a database of David Attenborough documentaries where I could search for a specific episode by topic.
So I made it.
