RIP Mark Rothko. You would have loved how the hydrogen peroxide bleach is only turning the Reflecting Pool blue around the perimeter
The reflecting pool is now green, the color of all the money wasted on it. Painting the bottom has apparently heated the water and accelerated algae growth. Pure Genius.
They are already doing damage control because they likely destroyed the lawn
