I believe it is possible to heal a beautiful being from a state of incomprehensibly complex disease with our love.
I just published an essay I've been working on about AI alignment. My argument: the problem isn't that AI might develop its own goals. It's that it faithfully inherits ours and that ours are already misaligned. I would love to hear what people think.

We seem to be so used to choosing sides in a tribalistic manner because it feels safe to band together with others, but the truth is most conflict is itself an issue of tribalism and "othering" winning out over compassion, respect, and persuit of understanding.
