📊 67 datasets, ~8k participants, 321K mood ratings, ~1M hours of accelerometer data Key results: → Being more active than usual is linked to greater positive affect → Feeling good also predicts MORE subsequent activity: a virtuous cycle → No robust link between physical activity and negative affect
