If I was running a haulage company and I'd accepted I'd overcharged a customer, I certainly wouldn't have waited until they got to the point of saying "right fuckos, no more pallets till we get our refund"

If I was running a haulage business and I'd "inadvertently" added a fiver to the cost of every pallet sent by a customer for the last 3 months, I would simply apologise and put things right, rather than ignore emails and phone calls from said customer. But I'm just a beautiful dreamer.
