He thinks ‘drugs coming in by sea’ was ‘drugs coming in by see’. He thinks we all thought that too, so ACTUALLY CLARIFIES IT. TWICE in a WEEK. I’m actually shocked. He’s never been smart, but now he’s stupid as well as demented. And this is what the UK is flirting with!!!
